[Ingredients] 

The vaccine contains inactivated recombinant avian influenza virus of subtype H5N6  (strain rHN503), subtype H5N1 (strain rHN504), and subtype H7N9 (strain rHN705 and strain rHN706). The hemagglutination (HA) titer of the inactivated H5 subtype strain rHN503, strain rHN504, and subtype H7N9 strain rHN705 and strain rHN706 in chicken embryo fluid is 1:512.

[Indication]

This vaccine is indicated for the prevention of avian influenza caused by H5 subtype viruses (clade 2.3.4.4h and clade 2.3.4.4b) and H7 subtype viruses (clade y2.3 and clade y2.4). Immunity develops within 14 days post-vaccination. The duration of immunity following a single dose is 6 months for chicks and 4 months for ducklings, while two doses in goslings provide protection for 5 months.

Subcutaneous back of the neck or intramuscular injection 

0.3ml/bird for chicks within 5 weeks, 0.5ml/bird for chicks over 5 weeks, 0.5ml/bird for ducklings and goslings within 5 weeks, 1.0ml/bird for ducks and geese over 5 weeks.
